Our refund policy is to ensure that us and the client walks away happy, and no one is doing anyone wrong. If you paid in advance which is not something we normally ask you to do and you cancel day of or week of if it were our fault, you would receive a full refund, if you canceled just because you wanted to you will possibly receive a partial refund.

why is that? you ask, we do this because sometimes when you decide to pay in advance we prepare for your job specifically to ensure we have the best for your vehicle care especially if it is a higher end job we spend money in preparation for your job specifically and if you cancel last minute and want a refund that puts us at a loss.
